Premiere Stamping Company Launches New Stamp Generation and Local Consultants Invite You to "See The Possibilities"

In July, Close To My Heart launched the 2004/05 Idea Book. On August 7, at the Mohawk College Residence and Conference Centre, Independent Consultants in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada invite you to "See The Possibilities" and experience the next generation in stamp creativity. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in make and take projects, view product and technique demonstrations and enter door prize draws. R.S.V.P recommended to reserve your space.

HAMILTON, ON July 29, 2004 -- Scrapbooking and stamping company, Close To My Heart, launched the next generation in creative stamping, My Acrylix, during its annual convention in Dallas, Texas, June 23-26. Offered at a greater value than traditional rubber stamps, My Acrylix allow for precise placement of images and versatility in design. Now, local Close To My Heart Independent Consultants Tracy Sherriff and Kristine Fowler invite you to "See the Possibilities" and join them at an open house to be held August 7 at the Mohawk College Residence and Conference Centre in Hamilton, from 10am until 4pm.

Admission to the open house event is $5 per person, and includes participation in make-and-take projects, product and technique demonstrations and entry into the door prize draws. (Draws will take place throughout the day, but you do not have to be present to win and no purchase is necessary.) The goal of the event is to promote awareness of Close To My Heart and their line of exclusive scrapbooking and stamping products among local scrapbookers and stamping enthusiasts. Tracy notes that with the recent introduction of the 2004-05 Idea Book, My Acrylix stamps and the new My Reflections scrapbooking kits, now is the perfect time to promote the business locally. "Close To My Heart offers so many amazing products that make scrapbooking appealing to even those individuals with limited time and money to spend on their projects. The company began selling product in Canada in October 2003, so is relatively new to the area and many crafters have not yet had the chance to experience Close To My Heart." While pre-payment for the event is not required, to facilitate planning, event registration is appreciated. To register, contact either Tracy (905-318-1063) or Kristine (905-388-8601) directly.

According to Kristine, who has been an Independent Consultant since May, the majority of her customers are individuals who have scrapbooked for many years, but have been apprehensive about exploring the art of stamping. "Most often, I introduce customers to Close To My Heart products through the traditional direct-sales Home Gathering approach. It is pretty safe to say that once people have the opportunity to try Close To My Heart products and view the Idea Book, that they are not only impressed by the versatility of stamping, but commit to using the technique in their scrapbooks and other paper-crafting projects. Now with the introduction of My Acrylix, Close To My Heart has made stamping not only easier, but much more affordable. Our open house is another great opportunity for crafters to see the products up close and give them a try before they buy."

Recognized for its innovation in what has now become a multi-billion dollar industry, Close To My Heart's exclusive scrapbooking and stamping products make celebrating relationships faster, easier, and simpler. With My Acrylix, the possibilities of stamping on a simpler but grander scale are clear. The premium-quality stamps and mounting blocks are easier to use, simpler to store, and most importantly, offer creative control and artistic precision on project after project. My Acrylix as well as additional product will be on display and available to order at the open house, or by contacting either Tracy (905-318-1063) or Kristine (905-388-8601) directly.
